We’re delighted to say we are on schedule to have the funicular back in service for snowsports enthusiasts and other visitors to Cairn Gorm in early 2023.

The café and mountain shop in the Day Lodge remain open.

Open year round Cairngorm Mountains winter season normally kicks off in December and goes through until April.

Depending on snow conditions and weather winter activities take place daily.

From first day beginner to seasoned mountain expert, everyone can enjoy the mountain environment.

We can rent you everything you need to get going including, skis, boards, boots and helmets.

Ask at Ski Hire, level 2 in the day lodge.

Get out and enjoy some real mountain air.
