Sunnybrae is a beautiful 4-bedroomed house standing in its own secluded sunny garden of 1/2 acre with easy access (about 5 mins walk) to the village of Braemar in the Scottish Highlands. It faces due south with a large sun-porch and double lounge, and has double-glazed windows looking out on magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. There is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom; a sitting room and separate large double lounge so that you can watch TV in one and be quiet in the other! There is a large settee in the sitting room and there are two triple settees, two arm-chairs and even a desk in the lounge. There is also a large sunny sun-porch facing the garden. There are two bathrooms - one downstairs with bath and shower and one upstairs with glass shower and a heated slate floor, and there is an endless supply of hot water for everyone to have a bath or shower . The kitchen is large and sunny with a SMEG cooker, full fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, kettle, crockery, cutlery - basically everything so that you can arrive and feel at home within minutes. We have ample private car-parking space in the drive and a large garden that faces south to Morrone and Glenshee.
