Fraoch Lodge

Your hosts at Fraoch Lodge are Andy and Rebecca. The house is of a traditional Edwardian design, made of granite. Artifacts from their travels through Asia and Africa adorn the walls as do mountain pictures. Comfortable accommodation is provided in 6 twin rooms. Each bedroom has its own hand basin and there is a 1:4 toilet and shower ratio.

Catering is available at Fraoch Lodge with meal times to suit your group. We cater for all kinds of groups and can tailor our menu to your requirements including for those who may have special dietary needs.

'we spent the first night enjoying Rebecca's cooking, which would have passed muster in any hotel. Home-made fishcakes, curries, white chocolate and pecan brownies, and raspberry and basil ice cream make up just a small part of her repertoire...'

The Lodge also provides a fully equipped drying room, daily mountain forecasts and Andrew, a mountaineering instructor, is always on hand to provide information on conditions and local route advice should it be needed. He is also very knowledgeable about the high mountain flora and fauna.
