Fairwinds Chalets

Fairwinds chalets sit in a peaceful woodland setting in the lovely village of Carrbridge.

We share our grounds with resident ducks, red squirels and a variety of birdlife including crested tits and scottish crossbills.

Our chalets are warm, clean and equipped to a high standard and they sleep either 4 or 6 persons. Each chalet has a full size hob and oven, microwave, washing machine,TV, DVD and music centre, bath and shower. Electricity and linen are included in the price as are wash cloths, dishtowels and cleaning materials. The bigger chalets are more spacious, a grading better and have a bigger bathroom and three bedrooms. There is also a decking you can sit out on.

Resident owners Lindsay and Alison are on site to oversee the cleaning and maintenance should you have a problem.

The location is quiet and peaceful but only a 3 minute walk in to the village centre where you will find several places to eat and drink as well as the village shop. Carrbridge is set within the magnificant Cairngorm National Park and boasts a huge range of activities for all the family. The Landmark forest adventure park is situated in the village a few minutes walk away and we also boast an excellent 9 hole golf course which is challenging with magnificant views. The area is ideal for all levels of walking, golf, birdwtching, wildlife, fishing, watersports, skiing and boarding, white water rafting, advenure activities and pony trekking. There are also many things to see : dolphins, castles, gardens,distilleries,beaches,mountains, rivers, tigers, osprey,steam trains, reindeer, folk museum
and many traditional craft shops.
