Camp and Caravan at Rothiemurchus
We have a superb camping and caravanning site situated at the heart of Rothiemurchus, which is a mere 10-minute stroll from the Rothiemurchus Centre.
Set amongst towering Caledonian pine trees, this tranquil park offers sheltered camping and caravanning in a unique wilderness setting.
Come and enjoy a wild camping experience but with the added bonus of modern facilities. Pitch you tent next to the fast flowing Am Beanaidh burn that flows through the park, or stay the night on the island where the burn splits.
There is a superb heated amenity building with toilets, showers and a dishwashing area, plus a separate launderette. Try the many cycling and walking trails in this area of outstanding natural beauty close to the Cairngorms, or you may prefer to just simply relax and get away from it all, whilst enjoying watching the exceptional wildlife in this beautiful setting.
If you are more interested in caravanning then there are 17 level pitches for touring caravans and motor homes, all with electric hook-up, set amidst this beautiful woodland area. You will also have use of the superb heated amenity building with toilets, showers and a dishwashing area, plus a separate launderette. Sorry, there are no holiday caravans for hire.
We offer a warm welcome - but sorry we don't accept dogs in the camping area.
Rothiemurchus is a superb Highland Estate located just 5 minutes from Aviemore (40 mins from Inverness), at the heart of the Cairngorms National Park with fun for all with over 50 activities to choose from.
