The But 'n' Ben is a refurbished detached 18th century croft cottage overlooking fields to the River Spey. It is set in an enclosed garden which is safe for children.
The cottage has one double-bedded room, with en-suite shower, wash hand basin and toilet, and two twin-bedded rooms all with continental quilts (blankets are also available). The main bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The spacious fitted kitchen, and informal dining area, is equipped with oven, grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble drier and coffee maker. The large comfortable lounge has an open fire, patio doors and views over open countryside to the River Spey, along with an additional dining area, TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo, a Playstation 2 games console with games (for rainy days) and keyboard. Paperbacks, magazines and board games are provided along with books, toys and games for children. The cottage has electric central heating throughout and an immersion water heater.
