Upstairs there is a large sitting room with woodburning stove, double bedroom with en suite shower room , 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and large kitchen with dining area (with patio doors to the rear garden).
The house is 5 minutes walk from the Strathspey Steam Railway, an acclaimed golf course, tennis courts, a small hotel with an excellent restaurant, a second excellent restaurant, 2 well stocked village shops and a post office, a church and a bird watching hide overlooking a small loch. It is 10 minutes walk from the River Spey.

A deposit of £150 is payable on booking and will be retained as a good housekeeping/security deposit. The rent is payable in full 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 1 week after departure less any deduction for loss, damage and/or extra cleaning costs incurred.
Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) may be available outside peak periods.
