Aviemore House and Dalfaber House are modern, spacious five star detached properties of five and three bedrooms respectively, set in idylic locations a short distance from the centre of Aviemore. Both properties are fully fitted with all modern conveniences including Sky TV, Wireless Broadband, dishwashers, washing machines and tumble dryers. Both properties are located in peaceful areas with their own private gardens well equipped with furniture and barbecue facilities for added enjoyment. For larger groups and family gatherings additional beds can be provided to increase the capacity of both properties.

For weekend breaks, midweek breaks or week stays we can currently offer a single round for up to four persons. Depending on availability additional rounds may also be offered to guests. Request at time of booking to guarantee a tee time.

Special Features:
Aviemore House is located in Coylumbridge and is a five minute car ride to the centre of Aviemore. It is also only a few hundred yards from the Hilton Coylumbridge Hotel.
Dalfaber House is located in the Dalfaber Resort area at the north end of Aviemore and is a three minute car drive to the centre of Aviemore. It is also only a few hundred yards from the Dalfaber Golf and Country Club.
Both properties are well kitted out with modern furnishings, entertainment facilities, board games, computer games, dvds, videos, garden furniture, barbeques etc.
Aviemore House has five bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, and caters for 10 guests but can accommodate up to 14 in a family arrangement.
Aviemore House has a full size table tennis table, table football and a full size boules pitch in the large garden.

Dalfaber House has three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities, and caters for 6 guests but can accommodate 9 in a family arrangement.
Dalfaber House has a custom made chess and backgammon table, and a massive party room which covers the entire first floor.
